Steam Soft Banana Cake

Bikin kue ini gara2 lihat Nathan lagi senang2nya makan pisang.Tiap hari bilang eat nana (makanan banana). Ya sudah waktu kebetulan kemaren lagi search di google ketemu cake satu ini, sekalian dicoba aja...siapa tahu Nathannya doyan.... eee...ternyata punya ternyata dia makannya tidak selahap waktu makan Green Coconut Cake kapan hari. Mungkin rasa pisangnya kedikitan soalnya waktu bikin pisangnya cuman tinggal 2 biji.......
Kalo aku bilang sebenarnya lumayan enak..kuenya sendiri soft banget dan wangi .....lain kalo bikin mesti tambahkan pisang banyakan biar Nathan makannya lahap.......

Ingredients:
Ingredients (A):
200 gm. mashed banana
1/8 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tsp. Bicarbonate of soda
a pinch of salt

Ingredients (B):
3 small eggs
100 gm. brown sugar
100 gm. pao flour / Hong Kong flour / superfine flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
65 gm. cornoil

TOP LAYER:

2 eggs
60 gm. sugar
25 gm. water
65 gm. pao flour / Hong Kong flour / Superfine flour

Directions:
(1) Mix all the ingredients (A) together and set aside.
(2) Whisk eggs and sugar together till flurry, add in flour and baking powder and mix till well combined. Add in mashed bananas mixture and cornoil and stir till well combined.
(3) Pour into a greased and lined loaf pan and steam for 15 to 20 mins till cooked.
(4) For topping: Whisk eggs and sugar till fluffy, add in water and flour and mix till well mixed. Pour on top of steamed banana cake and steam again for another 15 mins. or till cooked.
